My message This year has obviously been hard on everyone, thanks to the 'recession' that we're going through at the moment. Because of this, we have only been able to raise £20 for Kidney Research UK even though we have been trying to raise money since February!

So we think that Kidney Research UK could probably do with our cash more than our walking feet this year so we have decided not to attend the walk but instead to donate ALL of the money that we would have spent on travel and food in London, (about £70) straight to Kidney Research UK through our sponsorship page.

Last year we managed to raise over £300 and were hoping to beat that this year, but by donating the money we would have spent on getting to the walk, we can take our total up to £90, which can hopefully make a bit more of a difference than the £20 we raised so far ;-)

You can still help too by donating straight to Kidney Research UK either via their website;

Or through our sponsorship page - but please remember we're not doing the walk so we can donate our travel expenses, so yours will be a donation not sponsorship!

Thanks to everyone who's supported us - we will be back next year, even if we have to start raising money now! Please, please dig deep to help charities this year - there are people worse off than ourselves and charity begins at home; well, we all live on the same planet don't we?!
