My message
Les Smith led a wonderful 78 year long life, cut sadly short by kidney failure and septicemia. He underwent 4 long years of dialysis at the end and I cringe at the thought of the needles he underwent 3 times a week to keep him alive.

In honour of his life, please give generously to Kidney Research UK so that others may not have to suffer the same fate as he did.
