Sarah lost her Sister Tina 3 years go to renal failure aged just 39yrs old, then only 20 months later she lost her triplet Brother Daniel to liver and renal failure aged only 35yrs old.
We are going to trek to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro to help raise awareness and much needed funds to ensure that Kidney Research can continue with their work to save lives.
